AlexanderJames Investor Club does not promise that the discount can be used to reduce the amount of deposit that the member will need to complete the purchase. Any individual member may not automatically be eligible for a buy to let mortgage.
The discount is based on the difference between highest price that a similar property has been marketed at and the price that the developer has agreed that they will accept for applications to purchase through the AlexanderJames Investor Club.
The developer sets the reservation fee. AlexanderJames Investor Club does not hold the reservation fee as client funds and do not pay interest on the money. The reservation fee is non-refundable if the member decides to withdraw or cannot complete on the purchase.
Information on the valuation of properties is to assist members in making an assessment of the potential but does not constitute a valuation for mortgage or other purposes and is a matter on which only the Valuation Surveyor appointed by the Mortgage Lender or an independent professional can give a definitive opinion on.
